How many calories does manual labour burn per hour?

Roughly speaking. And by labour I don't mean tradie lazing around labour.

Need to know if the litre of orange juice I'm chugging is going to leave me inadvertently bulking or inadvertently still cutting, or inadvertently maintaining.

You need to calculate it in terms of output...but unless you're really busting ass (HIIT level work) you'll find it's probably not that much more than you typically burn jerking off or whatever it is you were doing before.

I estimate I burn an extra 500 calories a day when I'm outside clearing land/chainsawing, etc...really busting ass.

So, maybe an extra 50 for the girly work you're doing.

When I'm doing manual labour I lose weight fast if I'm eating at my normal levels. I'd agree with 401Delta at around 500 calories.

You could wear something like a fitbit or garmin to figure out how many steps+estimated activity you do daily. A higher NEAT level can really up your caloric expenditure.
