Tried Miracle Noodles for the first time the other day…

Only 10 calories for the whole package. Used two packages and made a bigass skillet of spaghetti. Ate the whole thing…two big plate fulls for less than 400 calories.

I was a little worried about the taste as I’ve heard people say it smelled really bad opening the package. The brand I got didn’t smell at all, but i rinsed it as suggested. It has a texture somewhat similar to noodles but is a little more bouncy/crunchy. If you’ve ever had seaweed salad, it’s close to that.

Would recommend for you fatasses out there. I started eating these in hopes of shedding the last few stubborn pounds.

Banned in some countries because they don't consider it food.

I've had it before and the texture made me gag. It's a shame because it really is basically a cheat for cutting massive amounts of calories.

Gonna make a peanut butter (pb powder) and Chile sauce version tomorrow. This should be incredibly helpful for weight loss. Unreal how much you can eat with so little calories. Will give misc and thunderpants an update on how it leaves my body…
