Anyone do two high carb days a week when dieting?
https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/33467235/
I've always dieted hard and kept refeeds to once every two weeks to get it done fast as possible. Pretty rustled the amount of diets I've done where I could have came out of it with retaining more muscle each time. I assumed if I'm glycogen depleted and flat it just means I'm making quick progress but now it seems it wasn't ever necessary. If I keep 2 refeeds a week for the duration I think I could destroy the physique In my avi, tfw excited to be cutting

You're supposed to cut fat intake since it contains the most calories per gram
= easier weight loss
Have never cut out carbs or protonz; no carbs will make you weak & flat as a board

Depending on which show I am prepping for. With the Olympia being in December, I will begin playing around with carbs in October.

Keep it simple.

Lost 25 pounds of Covid weight in the last 3 months carb cycling. Also up the intake of carbs on the days you're more active or doing lower body.
It doesn't have to be a torture. You have to be smart about it. But yeah, cutting out on fats is a no-go for me, and generally for nobody unless ur on tech.
