It looks weird as chit but I’m 99% sure it’s real. I saw a clip of a different portion of that speech on a MSM newscast earlier today.

Why does his head look swollen and misshapen?

I actually don't think that video looks fake.

I think Trump just thought about how this is his "George Bush Iraq Speech" and need to be serious as the media will be using the clip for the next 20 years.
