How do I stop catastrophizing? (Psychological misc)
Having significant trouble not doing this, whether it be in regard to life in general, friends (ie not responding for a while = starting to dislike me despite hanging out having fun), work, other stuff
I’m
Sometimes I punch my head I don’t know how else to stop these thoughts it’s fuking my mind

try feeling the weight of your hands when you experience that, your catastrophizing thoughts are just that, intrusive thoughts. Put yourself into your hands, feel the warmth, the weight and your brain will shut off completely. Takes a minute, then recognize that thought isn't reality
sounds dumb but it works

I hope everything is ok

It's okay to catastrophize to an extent, so long as it's used as a motivator to put together a plan of action followed by actual implementation. It's no different from stress really in that regard. Some is good, too much is bad.
I'm about to blow your mind here OPIE. The only thing constant in this life is change. Expecting friendships to stay the same is a bit of a naive expectation in the big picture.
I'm far from a Drake fan lol but vibe to this man. Who cares what people think. Do you.
“I've been losin' friends and findin' peace But honestly that sound like a fair trade to me”
Also, this...

Check out Healthy Gamer GG. I think that his style of communication and online chats with younger people could be more approachable to some miscers.
https://www.healthygamer.gg/about/guide
So far as I have seen he doesn't push pills though he doesn't condemn them; talks about mindfulness, meditation, good health habits, etc.
