try feeling the weight of your hands when you experience that, your catastrophizing thoughts are just that, intrusive thoughts. Put yourself into your hands, feel the warmth, the weight and your brain will shut off completely. Takes a minute, then recognize that thought isn't reality

sounds dumb but it works

Never thought I’d live to read a wholesome anachron post, maybe CERN really did open a new timeline. Good poem

I’ll try I don’t entirely get it but I understand the sorta psychological-physical relationship there

I struggling with that I want to have meaningful connections with people and be in that zone most of the time, with the option of being alone, rather than the reverse

I hope everything is ok

It's okay to catastrophize to an extent, so long as it's used as a motivator to put together a plan of action followed by actual implementation. It's no different from stress really in that regard. Some is good, too much is bad.

I'm about to blow your mind here OPIE. The only thing constant in this life is change. Expecting friendships to stay the same is a bit of a naive expectation in the big picture.

I'm far from a Drake fan lol but vibe to this man. Who cares what people think. Do you.

“I've been losin' friends and findin' peace But honestly that sound like a fair trade to me”

Also, this...

Your schtick sucks and it screams insecurity.

Check out Healthy Gamer GG. I think that his style of communication and online chats with younger people could be more approachable to some miscers.

So far as I have seen he doesn't push pills though he doesn't condemn them; talks about mindfulness, meditation, good health habits, etc.
