I didn't have a choice in the matter in which, I had a genuine medical issue that warranted it having to be cut growing up... my cawk grew thicker than the foreskin (which would not slide down the head) and although stretching was an option the doctor said it wouldn't be as successful and to cut it would be the best choice... did it reduce sensitivity? maybe a smidge but not even noticeable and also no difference anywhere else... still lay the pipe as often!

Stretching it would have been a much better option. I had the same problem where it was painful to pull back. But the sensitivity difference is night and day.

I'm pretty sure you're right but this was in my teens and honestlyI should have tried the stretching first... I just didn't want to waste time on trying something that might not work and just get to the solution of it because as the doctor had worded it, it was a severe case apparently
