Wednesday or Thursday I heard a sheriff, I think from Washington, talking about this. He said unless they have a search warrant signed by a judge, tell them to leave. If they don't leave call him and he'll come arrest them. Was a breath of fresh air hearing that from a Washington sheriff.

I had them come to my house.
I bought three handgvns in one day
I bought two handgvns another day

Whenever you buy two handgvns (not r1fles) the FFL does a report

this was over a year ago

Two atf cucks came to my house
They left a business card because I was not home
I ignored it
Eventually they caught me when I was home

They asked to come in and I said no
They asked to see the gvns and I said "okay, but you are staying outside and I am coming out with them"
They figured it was a bad idea and refused
They asked to see the paperwork from the transfer and I showed them one and they left (they have the paperwork so pointless but maybe they felt like it was a victory)

Most of our state despises the policies and actions out of Olympia from people elected by Seattle.

Inslees last opponent for gov was a sheriff from podunk town.

Remember that time the ATF actively encouraged straw purchases in order to send the guns to Mexico in order to build a narrative that the US was responsible for gun violence inothercountries due to our “lax gun laws” and ended up getting a border patrol agent killed?

Or the time they tried to entrap Randy Weaver into selling them shotguns with barrels that were 1/4” below the legal limit, resulting in the murder of Weaver’s son and pregnant wife (while she was holding their infant)?

Or the time they murdered 82 Branch Davidians in Waco, TX, on bogus suspicions of possession of illegal firearms and then lied that the group had fired at their helicopters?

Or the time they failed to take actions to protect their own undercover agent, Jay Dobyns, after his identity was revealed and he began receiving death threats from the Hells Angels and MS-13, going so far as to publicly accuse him of arson when said gangs set his home on fire (while his family was inside)?

Why would they ask for paperwork when they have all the info they already need? I mean if you did it the proper way, they're notified. Brb hassling John Q Public buying a handgun or five legally, meanwhile stolen guns on the street lol. Wtf... I'm wondering what is their justification for even knocking on your door as well. Weird.

The *idea* is to make sure people buying multiple firearms in short succession aren't making straw purchases and giving the guns away. If they still possess said guns, obviously not a straw purchase.

The threshold is so insanely low though. You'd think it should be like "buy a dozen guns in a month". Two in a week will be 99% legit collectors.
