Gross and gay. There are better ways to get water and fiber if you need it.

Never. The dressings are always just unnecessary calories. Much rather eat a bunch of broccoli or asparagus or zucchini if I want vegetables.

All I know is that's the day I'll wish I could lift more than ever. The day I'd give anything for one more workout, one more set, or one more cardio session. So go hard and enjoy every workout, every set, every rep. Because one day you will wake up and you will never get it back."

I love healthy food.

Brb iceberg lettuce with almost no nutritional content
Brb croutons yass moar carbs
Brb sprinkle barely any healthy veggies to round it out
Brb top it off with any dressing of your choosing based on soybean oil. Preferably ranch.

Fukkin hate salad. Rather have broccoli/asparagus steamed just right with butter or brussel sprouts roasted.

Edit-wizard above me.

Forgot about arugula. One of the salad bases I actually look for. Couldn't believe how tasty it was when I first tried it.

Also, forgot to mention sliced habaneros sometimes. The thin skins make it perfect. Bell peppers diced also good for fresh taste.

Its nice, low calorie, high volume. Good base for protein and a solid alternative to rice/bread. Also, CHIT gains of PEACE bc dat dere fiber. Feels real clean in your internal pipes to have salad running through it.

Go to your local shawarma spot and order a FATTOUSH Salad. Or a Tabbouleh. FKN HNGHHH.

No heavy dressings, either lemon juice or pomegranate molasses + lil olive oil. HNGHH.

The worst is when menus bait and switch you with salads. It will be listed at $12.99 or something, but to add chicken its $8, oh and you want that blackened? Thats gonna cost an extra $2 for them to forget about it for a few minutes.

Once or twice a week probably. I like romaine lettuce, red onions, cherry tomatoes, banana peppers, shredded Mexican blend cheese, and sometimes grilled chicken breast. I also like to use salsa instead of dressing. It's low calorie if that's your kind of thing.

I eat salad for lunch every week day. Srs. Every one is the same:

Iceberg
Tomato
Cucumber
Red onion
Olives
Chick peas
Avocado
Blue cheese crumbles
Honey balsamic dressing (Kens)

I put everything into a big metal bowl and chop it with a pizza slicer. I've been eating it every day for a few months now.

I am convinced that salad is not good for you nor does it do anything for weight loss.

Regular cooked veggies are fine though. Once you load up a salad to be edible you will have way too many calories.

i will eat one once in a while but thats just as a treat like at a restaurant or something.

Everyday that I’m not bloating srs

Grilled chicken, hard boiled egg, blue cheese crumble and some spring mix as a base

Toss some skinny girl ranch in there and have a decent meal with protein and fats
