As a Norwegian, you should know that Sweden being the slootiest probably gives that picture a lot of credibility, although the other Nordics are not far behind. Anyone who has traveled to Australia, Thailand, Santa Barbara, California can tell you that.

Not less than Eastern Euros, but look at Italy. Even with all the tourists going to Italy, Spain, Greece every year, they manage a lower body count.

Edit: also, if you prefer the Scandinavian look, I would go for a Dane. The girls seem to be a bit more classy, less slooty even when drunk.
