HELP!Do you eat tuna everyday?
Ive been eating 1 raw tuna can every day for like 1 week now. Ive checked on Google and it says its not recommended due to the high mercury etc.
I wanted to ask if anyone has been eating tuna every day for a long period and if so, did it have any negative effects?
I ask because tuna is an easy snack alternative. I cant be asked to replace it.
Thanks

You can get mercury poisoning from 5-10 consecutive days of eating tuna. You're probably pretty close right now.

I can't believe people even eat tuna.
Just eat beef jerky instead.

I might consider turkey though.

Chunk light tuna is a better option than albacore. It has less mercury. Still would not recommend eating more than 3 cans a week. I mean, you won't die instantly if you consume canned tuna every day but over time (we're talking several months of eating canned tuna every single day), your mercury levels will increase where it could cause some health issues.
