I'm going to a wedding in October that is literally costing the hosts 500k. I just don't have any understanding of WHY you would spend that much money on a party. It's absolutely ridiculous and such a racket. Glad I'm not the person related to the groom so I don't have to shell out a massive amount of $$ for the privilege of attending their party.

I lived in a place with some of the most expensive housing in America and i was never going to own a home there. Its what I wanted so I made a move to get it. Being a rentcel forever is not something anyone wants, anyone would do that if they have a brain especially while rates were so low.

lol at telling me I should have passed that up to stay with a girl who could easily have dumped me at any second.

Nobody said to be a rentcel forever. But giving up a relationship which YOU yourself claim to be impossible to get for something as easy to get as a house is sheer madness.
Money cant solve everything......but it easily solves your housing problem. And making money IS EASY relative to finding a mate.....so why would you sacrifice that?
