earring screw back stuck in my ear... is it serious?

so yeah I noticed bit of blood and puss coming out of that ear for few days now but now I noticed the screw back that goes behind your ear to keep the earring from falling off is basically stuck inside the ear lobe. I mean it hurts a bit on touch so idk should I go to ambulance urgently or what

Pus sounds like infection. Probably should go to the doctor or an urgent care to see if you need antibiotics man.

I mean he could do that, or he could start a thread about it. He obviously chose the latter.

Cant pull it out cause its stuck inside the damn ear lobe. I will have to wait until tomorrow to go to the doctor so she can remove it herself. I mean like I said my ear isnt swollen it doesnt hurt (only bit by touch) so I can wait until tomorrow. It can only get worse if I do it myself

It’s unlikely they’ll be able to just “pop it out”. Pus means it’s infected. You’ll likely need to go to the emergency department (or a very reputable urgent care) and have them numb the ear lobe, open with a scalpel, remove with pick ups or a hemostat, and then close with loose sutures and provide antibiotics.

I’d go for evaluation sooner than later.
