My great uncle is 5'3" and he has had girlfriends for as far back as I remember. He's been married twice counting his current marriage. Bagging women is a numbers game and there's no way around that unless you're rich. If you're really 5'3' then even bigger numbers need to be played. I think a good trick is to find a niche.
My uncle is oldschool mexican. Always dressed in nice jeans, boots, tucked shirt and a cowboy hat. He also cologne maxes and grooms himself more than most men. He's an excellent dancer and he's always the first on the dance floor.
That strength is also his weakness, i believe all of his relationships end because of his alcoholism. He lives in the bar on the dance floor.
