I'm not idealizing marriage, I'm still black pill. I fully understand a lot of people get fuked over or aren't happy in the end.

But when you do see an example of everything coming together, and you're lonely and hopeless like me, you realize what everyone is aspiring for when they go for it. And it makes your life apparent for how dogchit it truly is.

If the ultimate plan was to rope, why would you need assets like a house? Just rent an apartment. Its temporary. Along with the fact that it will be passed to nobody.

Id argue that ruling out single mothers (there are a lot of them out there and ones with those circumstances could be much more willing to compromise) is also a factor of you lessening your success to find true love by choice as well. Thoughts?

1. Do you have a job and financial security
2. Do you have friends
3. Do you have hobbies and things to do for fun
4. Do you have a relationship/source of intimacy

If the answer to any or all of these is no, you aren't depressed. You're just missing a fundamentally important part of life. In other words, you feel bad because your life actually is bad.

Some people can be happy alone. But most people can't. That doesn't mean you're depressed it means you're human

Correct. Your choice. However there are some good people out there that are single mothers (made questionable decisions in youth) that aren't looking for a mate just for the sake of taking care of their kid. I will say however maybe in your predicament they might just be looking for that so I can see your perspective.

3 of 4 yes but the thing missing is a big deal. Only until recently has society tried to normalize being single forever and never getting married or having kids.

It used to be people did these things very early in life and if you didn't everyone thought something was wrong with you. Its an important part of life that most people need.
