WTF. Strong definition of a ghetto.

Probably barely any chance of getting mugged and whatnot because an increase of something already so small is so miniscule.

Especially if male, probably best to be a rentcel there and save more to end up buying rather than living in a more middle class area with zero benefits.

In the US, the difference between living in a wealthier area and outside means soccer moms jogging and walking their dogs vs getting mugged and killed. Attached with a nice much larger price tag.

Looks ok, most of Japan is urbanized so it was expected, the average japanese is also smarter and more educated than the average american,

Exactly, it's why their poor communities are so peaceful compared to America's. When everyone in the country is a part of the same culture, they all share similar values, and respect is a big part of it as well. When you have cultural divide, values are all over the place, and nobody really respects each other.
