What do you guys drink with your meals?

I have been drinking diet soda with my meals for as long as I can remember.

Even if I force myself to drink water, I'll eventually end up grabbing a diet soda.

I have tried other alternatives such as zero calorie gatorade or lemonade. These alternatives have worked but I don't rly see the benefits vs diet soda.

Anyone have healthy drink alternatives to diet soda?

I like sparkling water, or water with a little lemon in it.

I don’t drink soda. It always gives me a stomach ache.

Water is the one thing I am bougie about. I drink anything from fiji, evian, liquid death, and others. I do not drink tap water and only filtered water if I put hydration powder in it. I'll use either GHOST hydration or Kaged Muscle hydracharge.

If you want a good alternative OP, get zevia. It uses stevia for the flavoring. Way better for you if you drink pop that much. My favorite is the lemon lime zevia. Basically like 7up.

That's about all I drink tbh besides energy drinks. But I have stopped those again.

I mostly have beer with my beer. My meals consist of mostly beer.

Most beer is unpalatable to me for some reason, probably due to various reasons. But imperial stouts are still tolerable. Triple IPA’s go down ok 60% of the time.

I have a problem with sour beers, I used to like them but they always make me vomit.

It’s a constant search

Only water or sparkling flavored water, I cut out all fruit juices and soda because I'm too fat.

The first thing I drank in my bodybuilding journey was milk. Then I switched to orange juice because Stan Efferdring says to mass consume carbs. Both of these, I felt off like I was drinking too much sugar so I stopped. I also later realized Stan Efferding's idea of high carb is like 40% of macro which is low carb compared to regular diets, LOL.

beer, water, or ice tea. Once and awhile a soda. Drink with real sweetener or you body gets confused and you end up wolfing down a bunch more carbs.

Beer, whiskey or jack and coke, margaritas with Mexican food. Though nothing goes with a carne asada burrito like an ice cold Pacifico with lime.
