But it has been slow and was mostly over the course of 6-7 years. Too slow to see on a scale, when looking at quality of muscle and overall, you can see the changes. The scale has pretty much been the same.
When I went on trt and no longer had to worry about recovery, I figured I would try bumping it once all was settled in normal. I ran a 500mg run for 14 weeks while eating a perfect 350 cal surplus. I gained weight as predicted as I always did when eating a surplus, but then when I dieted down I was the same place where I was before I started. I tried it again, and again the same effect. So 20 weeks of eating up and dieting down wasted for nothing. I talked to a friend with a lifetime of experience and he said at my level of development and the years I have been training that I would need to 'take the training wheels off' and run more than 'beginner' runs to see a difference. That did not interest me so I chose not to.
100% truth, I cant tell a difference between 125 and 500. ZERO. I actually feel best at lower levels. My script is 200 but I stay at 125 most times. I have been dieting down so I keep 200 just because it cant hurt.
I have never seen a change in my physique or strength from any anabolics, but I have probably never taken enough to see it. I could not handle losing strength so I never wanted to take something at a level where I would lose if I came off. Plus, I was very late to hanging up my nattie card and would have stayed natural if I did not need trt for legit medical reasons.
Your not understanding. I had a significant head trauma. (and broken neck). I had significant frontal damage, short term memory loss and partial amnesia. My neurologist told us to expect personality changes. Changes in energy, mood etc. I did indeed have personality changes. So my wife and I thought my energy levels may have been what we should expect.
But in talking with my GP, he is the one that said 'something is not right'. Everyone else dismissed it as after effects of head trauma. Which they were. I damaged my pituitary. After some research, 20% of people who have a similar head injury have hormone deficiencies following. (which I only found out later)
I am not all that big. This is me in normal clothes.

OP why must you make this exact same thread every week? No one cares that you're on TRT.
If anything you should focus on getting your GFR numbers up. Low numbers can be the beginning signs of kidney failure. I had the same issue, while I was taking the EC stack. Completely stopped the stack, and my levels went back to normal. (Ded fkn Srs)

But unless you were born to be very lean, dropping into the 10% range, you start shedding mass like crazy. It messes with your head bad. The good news is it comes right back when you eat, but being sub 10% and holding mass is tough for a natty. THAT is the biggest advantage I can say that I have seen. I dont really have an issue holding mass. I have not made 'gains' in years. Pretty sad, but it is the reality of where I am in life and training. I am ok with that. I would not want to do the levels of drugs it would take for me to get bigger. I dont really know just what that would be as the few times I did dabble, they were at 'beginner' levels.I think I get where OP is coming from. He probably trains very hard so he doesn't want the hard work to get discounted as soon as we hear steroids.
Also, it's certainly possible that he's not blasting some massive dose. Maybe he's only taking enough to put him in the high natty range. However, that's misleading if that were the case. The reason being, a guy with high natty levels is no longer going to be a guy with high natty levels if he gets lean. OP can stay at 700 or whatever regardless of how lean he wants to get. So it's possible he's only at 700, but "only" being at 700 is a massive advantage for the reason explained above.

This is not far off my nattie size so I have no trouble at all maintaining this on normal hormone levels. I am sure as I age, i will start shrinking. I also cant train super heavy anymore due to an injury I cant recover from. So I just try to 'stay in shape' these days. But I only share some of this stuff because people have vast misunderstanding of what AAS is and is not. Same with REAL trt. Most always forget to include the reference of the bell curve. You cant compare your progress to another and assert the only reason there is a difference is drugs. Genetics trump all. I am pretty lucky in that dept. Would have never known it till I trained. But I gained almost 30 lbs in my first year of training and still have the giant zipper stretch marks all over. Genetics trump all. I have still have to work hard and put the time in, but there are peopel who will do better and those that will do worse. The difference is not just drugs.
Question of Ht and wt. I am 5'9 Usually between 203 and 205. At 'normal' bf, I am 215-ish. I can carry 220 with slight abs but I look more like a football player. I dont like carrying that much weight. Does not feel good on my body. 200-205 is where I feel best.

Why post? Because life is good. Gym pics are fun. People should post more around here. I like seeing others train and this forum remains my only connection with other people that train since I workout at home. There are still people that train here. It is good to see others, and I enjoy sharing about my stuff. Feel free to add a friday gym pic in. Will always get props from me. We are all on the same journey.

Shorter guys are even crazier. Some of the dudes I have met over the years with the craziest physiques were 5'4 5'5...etc.

It's pretty unique, IIRC the workout begins with a pretty standard split, so for example 4 sets of one chest move then 4 sets of one back move with a normal rep range. Then a different move for chest but this time goes to near failure for 3-4 sets, then 3-4 sets different move for back, again to near failure. Then he does 2 sets of 15 with lighter weight to pump blood into the area he just ripped up.
It's kind of a mix of Dorian Yates and Dante Trudel, program is simple and quick but far from easy if you run it right.
Don't put that on me Ricky Bobby, don't you ever put that on me.
