They only influence your reality it's not like you can just think of anything and it will manifest lol. Some people think that happens in the 5d consciousness but idk. You'd have to be insanely spiritual to be in 5d right now.

As someone who’s been in the gutter the past several months, and hopefully digging out for good after this past week, I can’t agree more.

Some, about 70-80% bodybuilders like to get fat off-season so they can powerlift. I'm a powerlifter off-season. In contest I get ready for a bodybuilding show. I'm a /Bodybuilder Powerlifter."

The release of feel-good brain chemicals through positive activity is manifestation through action.
Seeking these activities through your thoughts = manifestation through thought.

It's also why you meet people who you call friends who think the same shyt as you and then when you say it to somebody else they'd look at your like you're crazy.

I’ll try to remember this as my thoughts are mostly bad. Not bad towards anyone else just bad towards myself.
I actually saw my Oma and Opa for lunch today and my Oma always says “take care of yourself”. And I always feel bad because I don’t know how.
I can take care of other people. I’m actually pretty good at it.
It’s a nice feeling to care for someone and help them. It’s probably the only really good feeling that makes our lives worthwhile.
