What’s your breakfast look like ?

I eat the same thing everyday. Three eggs omelette, with some reduced fat Mexican blend cheese on it . Then I’ll use some franks hot sauce (sriracha shortage apparently). Maybe half an onion occasionally.

Then I’ll have a package of reduced sugar oatmeal with a handful of walnuts .

Have you tried the cinnabun , I forget the brand but they have the red containers. Favorite whey hands down
