You can't do that to yourself.


I don't care how cut you can get, as soon as you bulk like that, it makes it easier to get fat. It's because fat cells multiply but never subtract. They just get smaller when you cut. The only way to physically lose fat cells is surgery.

Getting fatter isn’t some unknown process. If you eat more calories than you burn then you will gain fat (whether you have the fat cells or not).
