I've been that guy before, and it really sucks facing like a 6 month process to get down to an acceptable weight. But it's a fun process at least and gives you something to do and strive for.

Id prolly go 1500 calories a day, 150g protein minimum, walk about 5 miles every day, light lifting a few times a week. Might do some damage from the huge deficit but who gives a chit. Could prolly be skinny in less than a year.
