I've been to both (lived in Korea) and let me tell you I would not eat street food in Indian in most situations. Had loads of street food in Korea and it was almost always spectacular.

Those hotteok she's cooking at 1:38 are so fuking good my my mouth waters just thinking about them.

Koreans are excellent about food sanitary.

I'm a food sanitation expert and tried to show my mother how to properly store food so that there's less chances of getting sick but she does not fuggn listen. Srs. I can only imagine how bad it would be on a national level in Vietnam trying to get all of these vendors to adhere to food standards.

I like Indian food but Def would not eat it from the streets in India.

Sometimes tho I genuinely can't understand how people can eat food so fukkin spicy. Indian spices are so no fukkin joke

Yeah it's like the problem with India is it's low sanitation standards, at least when it comes to stuff like the street food scene. Koreans in general seem to have a relatively high standard for sanitation, so I imagine their street food is likely to be safe.
