Anyone notice a lot more "scrubby" people around lately?

I just went to dollar general because I was craving a frozen pizza and a diet coke. The frozen pizzas were $9 so I ended up just getting some pizza rolls, loaf of bread, some bologna, and diet coke.

Anyway I went up and was trying to use the self checkout, after about a minute of me trying to get the thing to scan this crackhead lady barked at me "Its broken!". I was like okay so I go up to the checkout thing and she scans my stuff. I pay. I see the printer print my receipt and she walks off without handing it to me. I need to keep my receipts so I waited for the lady to come back, she didnt come back so I just took the receipt myself and as I am grabbing my bags she walks back and says "I saw you do that do not ever do that again", I said "I didnt know where you went thought you werent coming back", then the other crackhead lady asks "Did he even pay". I said "yes I fukin paid thats how I have a receipt" She said dont cuss, I told her You didnt have to be rude and I just heard you cussing 3 minutes ago I thought you didnt even work here at first. Then she said Get out of here I'm calling the police.

I am so sick of this place and dealing with these type of people, I never start confrontations, this is the 2nd time in my life I stood up for myself with these store people, the other time was when a fat bitch was yelling at me to put a mask on when I forgot to put one on when I walked in. Sick of this place I want to disappear never have to deal with people

And the weird thing was there is this huge plexi glass thing in front of the register I had to reach around to set down my stuff. She had no issue with me reaching around the plexi glass to put my things down on the counter but has an issue with me taking my receipt from the printer on the same counter? No she just wanted to be a bitch and cry victim and call the cops when someone stands up to her

I definitely understand now the idea of going to places like Whole Foods, nicer restaurants etc. it’s not so much about the better quality of the goods and services, the higher prices just keeps the riff raff out

It's like this everywhere now unless you go to the suburbs or some small towns. I only go to certain places now that i'm familiar with. You can't go anywhere anymore without being approached by strangers or people asking for stuff. It's been like this since around 2015 but it's much worse now. It's been increasing exponentially since COVID hit.

I don't think everyone is like this but i'd say it's at least 50/50 people are either nice or mad and trashy af lol. You just never know anymore.

This crackhead worker was sperging out when I first was in the store, I didnt think she worked there she was russling through a cart full of stuff and yelled "I told you not to touch my ****" and the other lady working there said " I didnt, it was a customer" thats the only reason I knew she worked there until she went around the counter to ring up my things after barking at me about the self checkout being broken.

I feel like I am attracting demon possessed people lately. My ex gf I have not seen or spoken to in 11 years told the cops I have been driving around following her around and said I threatened to kill her. I had psycho demon cops banging on my windows with pieces of metal every other day for 3 months and had no idea what the fuk was going on until one day they taped a package of like 20 court papers restraining order to my door. Wtf is going on? Did the vax thing make people demon possessed?

The cops kept staring into my security camera making weird frozen faces like exaggerated joker smile face or scrunched up angry face frozen for 15+ seconds. It scared the fuk outta me

It is everywhere. Tons of vagrant scrub sketchy looking people lurking around everywhere, all the store parking lots, gas stations, lurking up and down my street etc.

Dealing with people is tough, but I suspect the situation could have turned out differently if you had the courage to stand up to yourself and be warm and open with the employees.

But dollar tree selling frozen pizzas for $9? Da fuk? Where you shopping at, the hamptons for dollar tree? Frozen pizzas at my store are like $5.

They were $5 each 2 of them for $9. But when I looked at it, it was like cardboard thin and the calories in one pizza was 800. They shrunk down the size of the pizzas. So I was gonna buy 2. But then I ended up buying pizza rolls for $4.50 that had more food for your money

Yeah we have homeless people walking around our parking lot and passing out here one of my neighbors comes in and out of her house and just sits on the stairs where people need to walk to get in their house i don't get why these people are literally everywhere now you would rarely see them like 8-10 years ago. Almost never.

I see people outside walking the sidewalks and they are dancing like michael jackson and a lot of them have pitbulls so i can't even run or take walks outside anymore

People don't hide anything anymore if they wanna act degenerate or like an ******* they just do it now with no filter and nobody gets criticized for it anymore so it just spreads to everyone

Years ago people would get in trouble for this behavior or get called out but it doesn't happen anymore

People are driving so insane now. I hadn't left my house in a long time and was scared for my life every time driving now. So many people moved here to florida and the traffic is 200x worse. It is like people are trying to kill you. Cutting me off slamming on their brakes, merging into me, honking and screaming at me because I wouldn't turn right on a red light when a person in a wheelchair was crossing in front of me, Etc. I just want to become invisible and disappear. I hate this place

I hate when people are rude and then when you stand up for yourself they cry and act like a victim. It is a very female type of behavior that I would only expect from a few psycho women but now it is like 100% of women and 90% of men act like this now. I cant stand it

Ah, got it. Ya, dollar tree stuff, is smaller then they appear. Which is how they trick you into thinking you are saving but you aren't.

Only get them because it is the closest store to me.

Also, never buy the meat there. It is like buying an eraser.

Yeah this happens to me too and it's honestly thrown me off in social settings because i never used to see it before. Is this a personality disorder or are they just not self aware of it? Like people will do something obviously messed up and you call them out and then they get really mad at you like you're in the wrong. I see this on the road too where someone will pull up to a stop sign after me and then i go and they lay on the horn thinking they were there first. It's all just really bizarre.

For some reason I just really enjoy public confrontations with people. I don’t actively seek them out or try to start it but once they arise I do everything I can to cause a big scene and draw attention to what’s going on. Something might be wrong with me because I’m normally a quiet to myself type of person but in public if I’m confronted by someone I completely lose my ****

Good luck doing that here. The cops here are psychopaths and will roll up with their plate armor vests and guns with their cars painted "we fight as one" on the side and fuk you up.
