its actually very easy. takes about ~2 hours tops.

2 tsp yeast
2 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
2 TBSP olive oil
1.5 cups warm water
3.5 cups flour

throw everything into a bowl and knead for ~10 mins. let it rest in an oiled bowl for 1 hour. deflate it and let it rest another 10 mins. shape them into balls, flour them and then make a hole in the center and stretch them. let them rest another 10 mins. boil them for 1 min each. brush them with an egg wash then with any toppings you want. bake them for 25 min at 425.
