alot of tradies seem to be kicking the bucket at my work lately

just this past week:

28 year old guy - died in a water skiing incident I think. feel really bad actually, dude has a 1 year old son and a fiance
67 year old guy - told me his plans to retire at the end of this year, had a lot of big things lined up including wanting to spend more time with his grandchildren
