You gain more respect from others. Also you don't even have to be jacked. When my arms were at 15in people asked me if i lifted srs.
You get compliments and normies that think you're huge. But once you go above 16.5-17 lean ppl think youre just a low iq meathead though

This. I remember being a year into lifting still felt small af but people who hadn’t seen me swore I jumped on tren to get so huge.


Also a year of consistent lifting is really all it takes to stand out from normies. You definitely gain more respect from everyone. I’ve always been moderately active in the gym my whole life so it’s normal to me. I’ve had dudes tell me they’ve never lifted weights before in their 30s

Agreed.

I think it's more about the continuous work/ enjoying the process than achieving some peak condition for a short period of time.
