Is Lee Kuan Yew the embodiment of the Golden Bull?
- Top of his class in law at Cambridge University winning many scholarships and academic awards.
- Lived through Japanese occupation of Singapore and later on became Singapore's first Prime Minister and oversaw its independence from the British Empire and subsequently separation from Malaysia.
- Forged it into a high-income economy low-corruption state.
- 1.7m residents (31% of the whole population) of Singapore visited his memorial when he died in 2015.
