Again....the POLICE WERE CALLED THERE. They did not just randomly stop. They were called. They needed to make sure the guy was harmless and you do that by seeing who he is. The black guy WANTED to be arrested. He even said he did. He walked away from the cops ranting and without telling him his real full name. The guy was looking to make this a 'racial' issue.....and he accomplished that.

Just smh at some of the reactions here. And believe me I am no fan of the cops.

You have no right to be on someone’s property without consent of the owner, the consent part had to be verified by the cops.

You certainly don’t have to do that, but then be ready to be questioned and possibly detained. In small communities, especially upscale, people look out for their neighbors homes, and swiftly report any and all strangers on someone else’ property.

In Europe it goes further, in some communities blinds are purposely left opened, so neighbors can see if there is home robbery in progress, and call police. This is nothing new. Kang should have cooperated.

cant believe how many cop cock suckers on the misc. obviously never been to jail. they are not there to help you. they will arrest you and lock you up for a few days released on conditions and bail money. they are only useful for insurance claims. otherwise **** them. they will show up AFTER the crime, they dont prevent anything. you have to look out for yourself.

My Ninja, both of you wrong. He never said he didnt have it, he flat out refused and ended the sentence with “arrest me and see what happen” he has been dying to use his street law degree on a cop and dont even know the difference between getting a 911 call and profiling. Walking away from a cop purposely escalating the situation. Zero idea who he is or been frisked yet, countless videos of this same situation ending deadly for a cop. He was just detained not arrested until he went full retard and catched a charge, and still kept refusing to confirm his identity till the end.
