Where is the reasonable suspicion? When you see your neighbor watering flowers do you think they’re up to no good and automatically become suspicious?

The cops had no reasonable suspicion so the guy does not need to identify himself whatsoever. The man still identified himself, the actions her was performing, where he lived, and it was verified by the caller as a mistaken call.

If you think a man watering flowers falls under reasonable suspicion, then you need to get a better understanding of what reasonable means.

No, I just feel pity for people who don’t understand that we live in a free nation that was paid for in blood to have certain inalienable rights protected.

The cops were in clear violation of the 4th amendment and then people like you cheer that it was violated.

These are the same turncoat **** gots that would have asked King George if he was ok with the colonies becoming independent.

These people have no courage, no resolve, and bow down to all authority. These are the same people who fully masked themselves and got their Covid shot and 5 boosters because Fauci and biden told them to.

If my friend was away in vacation and told me to pass by and check on the pets, and some paranoid neighbors saw a random car and a random person walking around the property and called the cops out of genuine concern. When the cops show up and im someone else’s property i would understand and clear up the miss understanding as cordially as posssible. Like the cop tried so hard to do but immediately knew the path the dude was taking.

It was cleared up. The caller came out and said it was a mistake. Everyone verified what the pastor said was true.

Cop still proceeds to arrest the guy.

His own neighbors called for a random car and person in a property where she didn’t recognize or seen either. he says he lives across the street…. Immediately suspicious because if youre the neighborhood’s pastor why wouldn’t caller recognize him?

Did you all see the end of the video? He went full disorderly retard at the steps when the cop walked away to verify with dispatch. He calls in 10-15, when from detained to arrested. The cop calmly explains to his family remembers that he cannot just call dispatch and be “j/k” and now its due process and they charge him with the least possible thing. I bet if he legally could he would just sent him on his way, he was nice af.

100% agree with all that, but there is a difference between tough law enforcement and small dick syndrome, and harassing a man for watering plants aint it mane

Brah, if police follow that logic than trespassing is legal, any intruder can simply say he watering flowers and sheit.

True, but it's unlikely. You're right. People also can pretend to be gardeners or construction workers. There's no perfect system. You're from Russian culture so you're a lot more tolerant to this chit. Americans find it worse when an innocent person is harassed by cops than when a guilty dude goes free.

What did they have on the black guy? Refusing to give ID.

What's the difference?
The difference is that police was called for the guy, not for that woman, they had no reason to investigate her, they had a reason to investigate him because it was reported to them that some stranger is possibly trespassing.

Ummm because she came out of her property, she the one who called and probably doesnt want o be involved in the **** show that would be frivolous law suits founded by Al Sharpton and BLM movement or retaliation from his chruch gang and more importantly she cooperated the whole time and admitted fault in not recognizing the pastor from far…

If the cop was driving by saw the dude and pulled over is completely focking different than a neighbor reporting strange car and person in a property that supposed to be empty.

Friends for 7 years and not even the pastor could answer whose car that was… but lives across the street.
