If the owners are not there and therefore cannot ask a person to leave, it’s still trespassing unless you can get the owner on the phone to verify consent or at least get a reasonable explanation from neighbors.

I bet if he legally could he would just sent him on his way, he was nice af.
You feel the same way when cops were arresting mothers at the park with their children without a mask?

How, and did they?
How, and did they?

The same thing happened to me and I’m white,
I simply answered the cops questions and we shook hands and it was the end of it in about 30 seconds or so.
If I did the stupid crap this guy did I would be arrested much sooner, police is well aware of political and social repercussions for wrongfully arresting minorities, statistically they are actually more likely to be more aggressive with white people because police know they’re on body cameras and their actions will be scrutinized so they are too soft with blacks,

It's really not that difficult to refrain from getting an attitude and acting all pissy towards police officers, especially when they're clearly trying to be reasonable towards you...

Everyone wrong here. Cops acting like NPC Half-life stormtroopers and pastor man acting with righteous indignation. You're skin color doesn't make you worse or better than anyone. Stop throwing temper tantrums every time someone questions your actions.

One time, a liberal supervisor I had started going on a tirade with a liberal coworker of mine (both white liberal guys) about their hatred of cops because they think cops are racist. Listening to them jerk each other off with their liberal politics for a few minutes, then decided to chime in and argue against them just a bit.
Asked them why they think I got pulled over like 15 times when driving between the ages of like 16 and 25, without any tickets except one small one that wasn't very bad when I was like 17. They both said they were pretty sure the fact that I'm white was the main reason I had such an easy time with the cops in all that. Then I was like "Wait a minute... wait... so the cops treating me well when they pulled me over had NOTHING to do with the fact that I always keep my hands in plain sight on the steering wheel, only move my hands from the steering wheel with permission from the cops and put them right back on the wheel when I'm done, and act respectful in general? Nothing at all, eh? Just my skin color, you say?
Then they were like "Weeeeeeeeeell....... uh...... um.... well, uh, you uh, uh.... I mean... uuuuuh.... well, um.... ", to which I asked if they thought I would have received the same good treatment if I acted like a total pain in the angus like you see in 90%+ of these cop bashing videos. "B-b-b-but.... but THAT'S DIFFERENT!!!!!!!!!!!", they said.

I'm white, I and I can 100% guarantee you that if a cop approached me as I was watering flowers or some bs in my neighbor's yard because someone called it in not recognizing me from a distance like what happened with this guy, I'd end up Chit Creek just as fast as he did. However, that chit doesn't happen to me, because not only do I know my basic rights, but I also know better than to be a complete assshole to cops while crying that they hate me for some bullchit reason.
Why does EVERYTHING have to be about fukking skin color with liberals all the time? srs. It gets so, so fkn old....

There was an incident not long ago where some black dude was picking up rubbish at the front of his apartment and a cop saw him and demanded ID to prove he lived there, and eventually 20 cops turned up and caused a huge scene. Cops are out of control there.

Itt super double edge sworders agree that someone on their property can just come on and remain about when they are not home.
I'm with it. Anyone of any sort can say I'm doing X, Y, and Z on property they do not own.
Though I did not watch until the outcome I did see his claims—plenty of reason to detain. Plenty of reasonable suspicions were offered by the pastor and the situation.
Reasonable suspicion is based on the preponderance of the evidence. 1. Do you belong here? 2: belligerence and an attempt to leave the area would lead a reasonable officer to conclude that the information at hand would lead a person to believe that a crime may be afoot.
So, sorry guys. It is how it works. It is plain to see who is a property owner here and who is a renter playing ball in the WEF nothingness.
Funny since I am more libertarian than anything else. Nothing more is precious than property ownership, the vessel to freedom.
