Almost all of your late guilty pleasure meals look like my super healthy meals that I eat to feel better about the other stuff I have regularly.

My go to sandwiches are always turkey, ham salad, chicken salad, egg salad or tuna. Sometimes I'll fry some eggs for egg and cheese sandwiches too. I try to pick up a few things every week.

Quick and easy.

cottage cheese for extra protein...it all goes in the same place I don't need fancy.
