Aerobic capacity no idea what that is distinct from V02max, but my V02max is 54. I can run as long as I want without stopping, so I guess until I get bored? 15 miles, 20? Do I get some food or something?

Great second question tbh I think what I tell myself in tournaments is that my coaches are better, so I should be better than my opponent. I also try to have superior athleticism--speed and strength--when it's possible, though obviously it isn't always. And what our coaches always say is you can beat better people by forcing them into your game--so "be first." Make your move before they do.
