Post a great obscure movie you watched this month THREAD
I need some good ones. No trash. Ill start.
"I care a lot"
has tyrion lannister in it. Pretty entertaining.
Just started 365 days but looks like a 50 shades of grey wannabe which also sucked
Reps for good psych thrillers

It's a great film but I feel like there's a TON of filler that doesn't need to be in it. Mainly the love story subplot.
Still very well made, solid film would watch again.

Prisoners, amazing movie
"The flowers bloom, then wither... The stars shine and one day become extinct. This earth, the sun, the galaxies and even the big universe, someday will be destroyed. Compared with that, the human life is only a blink, just a little time. In that short time - people are born, laugh, cry, fight, are injured, feel joy, sadness, hate someone, love someone. All in just a moment. And then, are embraced by the eternal sleep called death."

Finding Forrester...very similar to movies like Stand and Deliver or Lean on Me. Great 90s cinematography and overall an inspirational storyline.
Do not think that what is hard for you to master is humanly impossible; and if it is humanly possible, consider it to be within your reach.

I watched Edward Scissorhands for the first time. Liked it a lot more than I thought I would. Reminded me of Nightmare before Christmas with Napoleon Dynamite type comedy.
Watched Blast from the Past for the first time in about 20 years. Actually really good.

The Last of Sheila. If you like murder mysteries at all, you'll like this. It's one of the best murder mystery plots I've ever encountered. I can't say more without giving the secrets away.
EDIT: It has some hot '70s actresses in bikinis too, for those few straight Miscers out there.

Watched Deadfall last night. Wanted to see where that scene from Nic Cage losing his chit came from when he runs in a room and says "someones trying to kill me man". He wasn't in the movie as much as I would have thought, but it was pretty good.
