If you have gains, of course. If you have the rougher type (don’t know what that material is called) with cuffs that grip your biceps, and a heavy collar, you’re golden. Only other comparative is your basic t-shirt or v-neck, but I still prefer polos.

It's the best choice easily, especially after mid 20's and in 30's and 40's and so on.
Don't need to think too much when buying, just need to choose the color.
Very relaxing on body, looks decent, can wear almost everywhere, goes well with any kind of pants...easy to wash manually, easy to iron, heck sometimes I even wear them to sleep.
I have plenty of plain polos in my wardrobe. (my no.1 choice by a big margin).

Polos when you look like you lift are a cheat code. The cuffing on the sleeve compliments your arms somwell

Can't deal with the cuffs on the sleeves. Too tight.

Agree. I usually wear this style now too. Shows off the chest hair a bit.

Love polos. I wear them year round and they are the perfect compromise for moments when you'd rather not put on a button-up shirt. Banana republic, bonobos and spier & mackay makes decent quality ones with nice fits.

Polos are GOAT, if you're an actual adult. You ca. Dress it up a little bit or just be casual.
