So funny watching the misc evolve from the early 2000s to now.

Went from o'rly .... to now homeowners.

In another 20 years, we will see threads about retirecels...after that it is gonna be about picking the right retirement homes lol

I don't understand this logic. When you're paying a mortgage you're actually building equity in something that you'll one day own. Along the way you can even use the equity for something else. Homeownership is great I just don't see the need to always talk **** to people renting.

I'm pretty sure this a response to all of the rentcuck threads/posts coping hard about how the housing market is going to crash (even though even if that does happen you still need to live somewhere, but rentcels do so while building 0 equity) and all of these other mental gymnastics that make 0 sense - in order to make themselves feel better.

I don't have a problem with renters, but I dislike people spewing a bunch of false BS that makes no sense - and those people deserve to be mocked and ridiculed.

I seriously doubt anyone is making fun of people who plan on owning a home but don't have the means yet and if there are people making fun of that group then they're just azzholes you shouldn't pay attention to
