Can someone please translate this into educated speak?

Newsflash: even if someone bought dozens of properties in the past few years, as long as he didn't overextend he can just...rent them out. To rentcels. And have the luxury of selling whenever the landlordpleases.

Maybe in NY or Cali but not anywhere else. Bank will call in margin loans on all these housing gurus when value drops

Imagine taking a loan to purchase a rental property and not having the rental income (after any taxation) be more than the monthly mortgage payment. Folks who can't understand this simple premise do not have the makings of a true landlord.
