Rate my pecan chewy squares/10

If you like pecans you will love these. They are amazing!



Recipe for anyone who wants to try.

1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 cups flour
1 cup of oil
4 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups chopped pecans

Mix above and put in a greased 9x13 pan. Bake on 350 for 30-32 min.

Cool in the fridge for a couple hours, cut and serve.

that looks like a lot of sugar tbh. could get away with 3/4 cup. also i would use butter over oil. if you're worried about it being dense, separate the eggs and fold in whisked whites into butter.

You could use 3/4 cup but to be honest, they're not too sweet at all...they're perfect.

I change up recipes all the time but I've never made these so I followed exact. I'm glad I did and I wouldn't change a thing.
