I can't imagine how they'd be able to keep using the app after enough complaints. The last time I went to a kfc years ago was in a smaller town. Rolled in 5 minutes before shutdown in the drive thru and they weren't happy I was there. Told them I'd just take the chicken they were gonna take home and they ended up giving me a free cake cause they were stoked I didn't ask them to make something for me. You gotta switch spots bro, if they're turning lights out unchecked they're ****ing with your food.

I ordered delivery from Popeyes once and they straight forgot my sandwich. Like straight up. I've eaten there before and the food is rly nothing special. And KFC has been ass for like 20 yrs.

If you want good fried chicken, buy local.

they will routinely take online/app orders and ur money and when u go to pick it up at the drive thru and make u go online to get a refund from some bot. say the fryers are down If not make u wait 20 mins for a order with 2 people Infront of u, rude AF. wont make orders correct without an attitude, will lock the dining room so u cant pick an order up inside and have to rot in the drive thru behind 2 people for 30 mins etc etc...
