Europe is more openly racist (from what ive seen)

Italy for example; you will never see a black person(African) working at a restaurant or in a retail shop in a position where they are actually working directly with the customers.

France is similar in a way but maybe a little bit less than Italy due to a lot of French-speaking African countries being historically colonized by the French. You will mainly see them in the back of the kitchen or as security guards in front of shops etc.

Am I wrong on this?
