I do stretches and whatnot, and I do warmup sets.
Just feel like a rusted machine breaking rust joints everytime I squat.
Inside hips right where thighs meet hip bone...tight AF
Also feel lower back tailbone area bend in everytime I squat low.

Taking a narrower stance can reduce stress on the hips.

What stretches are you doing?
Try doing deadbugs before you squat to get your hips opened up.

One of the best methods I've found for getting the body primed up to do anything heavy is from Matt Wenning, and what he calls "Wenning Warmups". Basically, pick 3 exercises to perform 4 x 25 in a circuit fashion.
The 3 movements should be :
1.) Pick a movement with a similar motor pattern to the main movement ( If your doing Squats, do belt squats, if you're benching do DB Bench)
2.) Pick two movements to address weakpoints. For squats I'd bet its Hamstrings #1, then pick something for lower back or abs.
Perform all 3 exercises in a row for 4 sets of 25 reps (no rest). Yes this will fatigue you a bit at first until you get used to it, but it does WONDERS for how you feel when doing your main lifts. The weight for the warmups doesn't matter. You aren't trying to progressively overload these or beat PRs. This is just to get blood blowing and get the muscle fibers firing.
