Rate dinner/10

Little over 2 lbs meatloaf. Sides were sour cream/parmesan mashed potatoes, green beans and homemade bread. Had company for dinner and I didn't even get a slice of meatloaf for later. Need to find myself a protein source for later.

This has so much flavor it doesn't need anything else. Serve condiments on the side for dipping if you want.

2 lbs ground beef
2 eggs
splash of milk
1 can vegetable beef soup
grated parmesan
bread crumbs
garlic powder
onion powder
salt
pepper

Form into loaf and bake on 350 for an hour. Cover and let rest for 10-15 min before cutting.

I haven't made meatloaf in forever, I think since I was married. When I was at the beach in Aug we went to a restaurant that makes a fantastic meatloaf and had that for lunch.
