No most aren’t aware, so most of them will think your natty ass weighing 180lbs lean at 5’10 or whatever isn’t very impressive even though it took you years of hard work and dedication to achieve that.

Also girls don’t understand the differences between frame sizes, and the don’t understand lean not equalling bigger in pics. Like a girl will look at a picture of a guy who is 5’6 150lbs shredded and all his muscles are showing and they will think he’s bigger than a guy who is like 5’9 200lbs at 20% body fat because his muscles are covered with a layer of fat.

i think just people in general who are ignorant of lifting and bodybuilding are unaware, maybe women a bit more bc they tend to be more gullible and not know as much about lifting.

This...they'll think that you're in "decent shape" cause you run every morning or some sh-t. Most people in general think that The Rock is natty cause he says so. Even Zac Efron's physique for BayWatch was kinda sus, but most people think that's just cause he went on a diet & did cardio for 6 months. In reality he probably had towineveryday anavar give up for that dry lean look.

TLDR until people start lifting themselves, they underestimate what it takes to get jacked

You'll hear them say "oh, I don't want to lift, I don't want bulky muscles!", not realizing that with like 30 ng/dL of natural test, they couldn't get 3D biceps even if they wanted to.
