It might not be technically self defense but is 100% deserved. I would not convict him if I were on the jury.

gonna say it depends on the specifics buddy, the guy who shot daniel shaver was found not guilty and there's no reasonable human on planet earth who can watch that video and tell me it was a good shoot

but in this particular case the guy clearly props open the door, shoots the guy and sprints away, so yes i can believe if you did this to someone you'd go straight to prison

absolutely solid af point

self defense is self defense. It should not be a different standard for everyone.

I'd say in a stand your ground state, the shooting might have been legal? He wouldn't have a duty to retreat, and remaining there would certainly mean he's in danger....

God I love seeing these types of videos.

Black, white, yellow, trans, he, she, helicopter, it.

If you wanna be tough enough to f*ck around.

Hope you're ready to find out. This clown wasn't. And it's hilarious. From being so strong and mighty to being a b*tch on the ground whimpering real quick. Imagine if he made just one better life choice that day. He wouldn't be in that predicament.

That's literally all it takes in the vast majority of situations. Make just one smarter choice. But low IQs can't even see that.

We as a society need more of this, to curb the growing animalistic behavior that's now seen as acceptable.

I dont think this dude deserves jail. Community service & some cash for shot dude fam.
Even if he went overboard, the whole situation wouldve been avoided if it wasnt for rocky here.

Like my boyo bo said: fukt around n found out.
being "pissed" isn't justification for murder wtf is wrong with you? maybe if you can argue that he was hit hard and therefore feared for his life and due to being stunned / out of it, he still felt he needed to fire, i could buy that. and it's innocent until proven guilty. put from the video it's clear he plans to shoot the guy then run.

The Daniel Shaver incident isn't the norm though.

Cops get fired often, and for a lot of petty **** that you'd be surprised someone got fired over.
