How often do you eat red meat ?

For me probably 3-4 times a week.

Everyday usually at least 1lb. I just hate chicken unless it's chicken nuggets.

Daily. I vary it from different types of steaks, to ground beef dishes, to beef jerky, etc. Same with eggs.

I'll throw in chicken once and a while for a switch up, same with pork. I mainly stick with red meat though because it's natures multivitamin.

The best way to describe ostrich is beef flavoured venison. Low fat, cooks fast and can be very dry if you cook it wrong.

You cook it the same was as you do venison, but it tastes more like beef.

I'm not a huge fan of a lump of meat (steak) and rather cook something with a lot of meatinit. Venison and ostrich work better for that imo.

UK. There has been ostrich farms here since the 80s. It's not widespread, but you can get it.

I have a really good local, independent butcher who will get you anything you want with some notice.
