Anyone stopped using toothpaste and switched to something else?

Recently started using baking sodad + coconut oil mixture to brush my teeth.

Teeth feel clean and it's cheaper than toothpaste.

Anyone else?

Wtf?

Toothpaste is like 2 dollars and it has ingredients needed for the health of your teeth and gums.

People are so fukking weird, why even bother with baking soda and ****ing coconut oil.

This stuff is made specifically for what you need it for and its dirt cheap

Bunch of stuff in toothpaste is useless. It was design to foam giving people a sense that it's working while it does not do anything else but make bubble.

I used an ionic toothbrush for a while, it uses science to break the chemical bonds that allow bacteria to grow or something

I still use toothpaste brah. But mixing baking soda with a glass of water and using it as mouthwash + gargling it is by far the best remedy I have found to fight bad breath, srs. More effective than any mouthwash I’ve used.

Fluoride is the last thing you want to put on your teeth. srs. Used to get cavities, and my gums were in pretty bad condition. Stopped using Fluoride (water as well, went RO), and haven't had a cavity since, also gums are now perfect

If you are looking for a good toothpastes, this is by far the best.

Ok ive been using fluoride for 30 years and Ive never had a cavity in my entire life sooooo anecdotal evidence is kind of worthless

Any fluoride free natural toothpaste will do, Himalaya is a really good brand.

Use a charcoal based natural toothpaste. Floss. Also do oil pulling once and a while.

Lol at people saying you need regular toothpaste. That chit is horrible for you. Lol at using fluoride.

I use a japanese toothpaste called apagard, has stuff to rebuild enamel to an extent. i use this at night, CLosys during the day (fluroide free toothpaste)
