Impala.
It was right up in front of a place at a local mall. A bunch of people were taking pictures of it/with it, I don’t know the significance.

No joke the place had a Bentley and plenty of Porsches in the lot, but placed this car in front of the restaurant. It made me curious.

It’s 60 years old and looks in good shape. That’s something to be appreciated.

Not sure if that’s the hopping kind or the racing kind, think it’s the latter or just like perfectly restored

Looks like a 1964 Impala SS though, probably the most famous Impala model

[img]https://i.imgur.com/VlxLD4x.jimg]
Beautiful pics and on r/c for posters who know this model. I talked to an old couple outside about this car, and the guy stated that he restores cars. He said that the dark color is wrong on this car, it needs to be brighter to be more genuine and reflective of the times. He was certain the paint job was recent.

Damn, now that I think about it I heard the lines about this car before and didn’t connect the dots. I wonder if it was some famous rapper that dropped into the restaurant.

Fun fact: the 67 model is worth more now than a 64 because of supernatural
