What kind of suit do you have?

My current one is kinda old and I'm a little more husky right now.

Prefer to just grab something off the rack as I don't really give a chit that much, just got some weddings comin up.

get a proper tailored suit, don't skimp out on it. You should always have a grey, black and blue one imo

most people don't need 3 suits honestly. maybe one in navy or charcoal and nab one in black for funerals. maybe a tux if you want something fancy for weddings.

Eh, ok what kind of price range then we talkin? Probably just gonna grab a blue one.

I got money but I just don't see a couple gs in a suit I'll wear maybe twice a year as a great investment. I could be convinced otherwise I suppose.

The jeans were her choice. I was originally going to buy some nice slacks with the outfit.
I don't dress up, and she doesn't try to make me or want me to be someone I am not.

It's why i married her.

I assumed his quote was asking why I don't like weddings. Thus my reply.

I don't like dressing up. I'm not trying to impress anybody, and I find suits uncomfortable.

ah youre one of those people who dont like to follow specific social protocols .....let me lay it for you ... when youre in an event were everyone is dressed in a specific way you tend to follow ... doesnt make you less of a man or a cuck..... its the same way when the music awards are held ..... you can dress "normal" just like everyone or dress like lady gaga with you tits and ass showing ...... i mean "says who" .. no one.... but in life you have these arbitrary rules and norms governing the countless behaviors all of us engage in during specific days or events without necessarily thinking about them

This is correct.

I don't refuse to wear a suit because I feel like it makes me less of a man, or a cuck. I don't wear them because they are not comfortable. It's not how I dress, and not how I like to dress. I'm very comfortable with who I am boyo. It's not try harding, it's just being me.

I'm not trying to stick it to society. I understand how/what social norms are.

Mostly Jack Victor (the good stuff, not the Stein Mart stuff), a Corneliani, a Samuelsohn, and some others I can't think of. Lawyerbrah here so I need suits for trial/court days.

Just some random off-the-rack suit.

A suit will great if you have a good frame - well-developed traps, delts, a thin waist and strong legs.

You can spend $10K on a suit and it'll still look like sh/t if you have a ****ty frame.

I have found the Apt 9 brand from Kohls makes an awesome suit for the money. Extra slim fit is perfect for my body shape. Have 1 gray/charcoal on that.

Hugo Boss for a little more expensive option. Navy color.

Express is an ok option, have a lighter blue color on that.

Few other blazers etc. if you are over 25 you need at least a couple of decent fitting suits.

An affordable proper fitting suit trumps an expensive ok fitting suit any day.

All my suits are tailor made.

My father in law is a retired tailor and he used to make my suits before he retired. When he retired, he picked a new tailor for me.

He came out of retirement to make the suit for my wedding, as he wouldn't let anybody else make that.
Screw nature; my body will do what I DAMN WELL tell it to do!
