Does eating vegetables absolutely kill anyone else?
If I eat any vegetables, it seems/feels like it blocks up my digestive system for days, get churning sounds combined a really nasty pain in my lower right abdomen.
If I eat an entirely meat diet or something, I feel amazin. Literally if I eat junk food, I'll feel amazing too.
Eat vegetables? Feel awful.
And they say to eat your veggies... to me that's like saying eat poison and feel terrible.

I knew a guy who would vomit if you recommended eating broccoli. Just bring it up in conversation, and he puked

I probably don't have the enzyme required to break them down or something, effectively anyway. Sorta clueless why it is this way with me

Nope love them
"One day I won't be able to lift any more. Not I won't want to lift. I mean physically unable. That day could be decades from now or it could be tomorrow. All I know is that's the day I'll wish I could lift more than ever. The day I'd give anything for one more workout, one more set, or one more cardio session. So go hard and enjoy every workout, every set, every rep. Because one day you will wake up and you will never get it back."

After reading about and trying The Vertical Diet and later on learning about animal based eating (Carnivorish). I discovered literally everything we've been taught about 'nutrition' and the recommended food pyramid is bull****. You can get all of the nutrients you need from animal products.
I cut about 95% of vegetables out of my diet and feel completely amazing. On occasion I might indulge because I do like the flavor of some vegetables but they definitely **** my stomach/digestive system up.
Kind of funny because I can tolerate wheat, gluten, dairy, etc. just fine. But the wholier then thou vegetables make me feel noticeably worse. You really gotta cut them out for an extended period of time to notice though.

It depends on what vegetables and how you cook them.
Eating raw vegetables is extremely rough on the digestive system. Never eat raw spinach for example because of the oxalic acid. Stay away from eating vegetables that are high in raffinose which is what makes you bloat and gassy.
I pan sear or grill most of my vegetables, or utilize things like pesto or chimichurri utilizing herbs and their benefits. I stick to vegetables like zuchinni/squash, cooked peppers, mushrooms, etc. Low fodmap veggies.
I eat maybe 1 cup of veggies a day tbh, and some days none. My main sources of food are meat and eggs, and then I add in carbs some meals in varying ways, and veggies usually in 1 meal a day. I almost never get gas. I rarely ever fart and my digestive system is normal now.
I remember when I used to drink a ton of pasteurized milk, protein powders, and a lot of sugars and heavy starches.....man I was a farting machine and bloating all day every day.

Like Deadlystriker said, I probably need to stick to low fodmap veggies.
Also what Ratfish said about a gut needing time to adjust.

corn and apples are like buck shot coming out of me.
and it takes a few rounds.
otherwise most veggies are good with chicken.
i've been getting fresh sweet peppers, jalapenos, and tomatoes from my parents gardens lately and incorporating them in most meals.
so good.
