Are you a toddler? Eat your veg. Stop eating junk. I can only think of two vile vegetables and they're okra and kale.

I wish I could, it's not like I don't want to eat veg. I enjoy eating it, it's just that a few hours later it's really painful, and the pain lasts for a few days.

Imagine getting a pain that feels like someone is blowing up a balloon inside your intestines, just a gut wrenching pain that lasts for about 30 seconds, then disappears. Then a few minutes later the same thing happens, and this happens for days. Surely you'd want to avoid that too if vegetables induced that kinda pain in you?

And besides the balloon-like pain, there's also like a generally feeling of lethargy, and a tenderness in the abdomen. If I don't eat vegetables, I get none of this. This is why I think doctors spouting "eat your veg" could really be fking some people up. God knows what that roughage is doing to certain peoples insides.

They need to invent a food supplement that has all the vitamins and minerals as veggies that won’t make these people sick. Something that tastes good.

Almost all doctors will throw him on a variety of pills that will likely make overall life even worse.

Kimchi is a good alternative. Bacteria have helped do a little break down so it's way easier to digest.

You don’t have to eat veggies.

People are slightly different. Eskimos are very healthy, they don’t eat veggies or fruit, while people from Central America do great on fruit because this is what their DNA adopted to eating. Listen to your body.

But they eat organ meat - a lot of people who skip veggies will just eat fast food garbage. Gotta learn to love stuff like heart and liver.

Yes, I meant steak, preferably grass fed etc., not burgers. But if a person hates eating liver then just gotta use supplements and at least some base level of greens, just to cover some potential suboptimal intakes.

We already know all this because this is how we feed cats who are on raw meat diets, we give them calcium, water and vitamins since the raw meat doesn’t come with organ meats which would contain all of that.

Yup, I give my dogs chicken hearts, liver and gizzards to make up for it.

There isn't any evidence of this. There are tribes in Africa that eat 0 veggies. There were lots of native American tribes, the Inuits, etc. that ate 0 fruits/veggies as well.

Lots of these people lived to be very old with little to no health problems and no modern medicine. They had high infant mortality rates but once they made it to their 40s onward they lived longer then people with a 'balanced diet'.

For the most part vegetables/grains as food sources were for the peasants/slaves/common man. The largest/strongest/elites have always been primarily meat based. With some fruit/honey thrown in when they'd find it.

If you look at the USDA food pyramid now and how fukked human health is in modern nations it should tell you. We've all been lied to.

If you can't tolerate vegetables it means the natural plants and mother nature/forces of Gaia of the Earth have rejected your very biological existence
