I’m about to make a lot of enemies in my industry.

I put a few windshield repair guys who do car dealerships out of business over the past year and now I’m getting into replacements.
Because my brand is so strong in my market a lot of dealers I’ve talked to have already agreed to switch and I haven’t even opened up shop yet.
I predict within 2 years I’ll have blanketed the entire market I control with my repairs with my replacements. For scope this is 80 Major dealerships.
Doing this is probably going to destroy the revenue of at least 10 small replacement shops and make me even more enemies in the glass business than I already have.
My motto in business is simple. I’m nice to everyone I know in real life but if we’re in competition against each other in business I’m gonna cut your throat.
It’s about to happen and I couldn’t be happier. Not because I need the money but because I love the competition. By the time I’m done though their won’t be any competition it’ll just be me and a bunch of corpses.

How do you approach competition in your field?

I’m gonna be partnering with a guy I’ve known ten years in the install space. He’s bringing 1 guy with him. They’ve both been doing installs for 15+ years. So for now we’re probably only gonna be doing 150-300 replacements a month. Once it’s up and rolling and I feel comfortable scaling we’ll add 1 van at a time until I reach a place where I don’t think more workers would have enough business to stay working.

I estimate I’ll personally make $60 a car after all expenses for the installs (I’m not going to be doing any of them myself). So somewhere between 9k-18k a month on those and another 15k a month on the repairs (that’s what I’m making now)

So anywhere between 24k-33k a month off both. That’s just to start though. After I scale the replacements it’ll just keep growing.

Not a crazy amount but it’ll work for now.

No I said my end after expenses.

That’s not the total profit per car.

Glad you can read

I’m dating a 23 year old girl who has no social media and never fuked a guy before me. You’re dating a flesh light or some used up skank. Also I don’t talk like that, it’s internalized. It’s like my moral compass for business.

I’ve definitely put 3 dudes who were doing repairs full time for 30+ years out of business. I’m also definitely going do the same to some replacement shops.

With that said I’m a super nice dude to everyone who knows me. I don’t walk around acting like Heisenberg.

If Amazon gave a fuk about malls nobody would get their packages in 2 days. It’s just business.

HAHAHAHAHAHA.

Oh god that's the best.

Life lesson 101. When someone has to brag about something like this, it's because it's nowhere close to the truth.

Hahahahaha at first I was laughing at your vocabulary. Now I'm laughing at whatever you call a life, due to the need to blatantly lie on the internet hahahaha.

I mean I have 80 major dealerships who use my service every week for their used cars. That’s kind of a lot.

LMFAO 80?! Is that it?

Bro I have 245 major dealerships at the moment who use my service every week for their used cars. That's not even a lot because I've got another 304 major dealerships ready to sign tomorrow.

I didn't even ask or do any marketing bro, because I've spent the past 8 months ploughing Margot Robbie daily. The only time I don't plough Margot Robbie is when I'm tired of her and I'm ploughing Gigi Hadid and Gal Gadot together.

Get on my level peasant. Your numbers are literal trash

Idk wtf I just read but it sounds like you're a better salesman.

Being a good salesman is a major part of the game. But, oftentimes its either you do the work, or you do the selling. If you can do both, that's good too.

Also repairing windows for a living sounds chitty as hell. Lmao. I don't think your comp really cares, cuckaroo.

And you reckon that all 80 of them give you their windshield replacement business?
No opportunity for others to quote, no shopping around. Just all 80 give the random top shagger their business.

You're delusional if you think you don't get undercut, and fast.

I mean yeah but I also maintain a good relationship with the dealerships because I’m not PC. I don’t approach it like a customer service robot I’m just one of the guys.

They all typically have 1 supplier they use and almost none of them are using the same company. There’s some crossover but it’s minimal. With that said I don’t intend to take all 80 over night. I wanna have 20 consistently using me by January and I’ll go from there.

You better watch your ****ing mouth. I have whatever total number of dealerships you have, + 5. I have cornered the market, slit your throat, and made you a corpse.

PS I'm a nice guy IRL, it's all windshield dealership business.

And the replacements. After that maybe venture into wheel repair and interior repair. So essentially just monetizing more services dealerships outsource.
